itsu is one of the UK’s leading food retailers. They not only have 80 stores across the UK but are also taking the grocery sector by storm. Our mission was to refresh the brand personality and translate this to their growing TikTok audience. The influence the Emily Mariko Salmon & Rice Bowl has had on the TikTok community demonstrated the effectiveness of menu innovation and the desire to try new dishes. We have had several viral moments already and we’re buzzed for the next one.
